He has a 15-year track record of successfully providing business-to-business clientele in North America and Europe with innovative strategic research and management consulting solutions.

Michael conceptualized and developed the Competitive Strength InventoryTM, a proprietary methodology for customer relationship measurement, performance benchmarking, and strategic planning. He has also architected and overseen the implementation of Dashboard Action Planning Solutions (DAPS) that provide real-time integrated reporting and action planning in fully interactive web-based environments.

Michael holds a MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Houston and a BBA in marketing from Baylor University in Waco, Texas (USA). He also completed the coursework for a full major in psychology while studying at Baylor.
